House is fairly new, very clean and well stocked with basic things you normally have to bring with you. Owners make sure your stay is worry-free. Location is in quiet section of island with very short walk to beach. Also very pet friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay! The house had one of the most furnished kitchens I’ve been in. The walk to the beach is across the main road but we had no issues crossing with all our gear for 2 kids. The house had plenty of parking, we brought our boat with no issues. The sunset views from the deck were amazing! Would definitely stay again.

I just had to reach out to you and thank you so much for sharing your wonderful beach home with us. We absolutely loved it. What a great location. Loved being able to walk around the corner and pick up produce and veggies as needed and the views from the deck were beautiful. I turned my head to the left and could see the ocean and to the right there is the sound with the prettiest sunsets. We could still hear the waves crashing on the beach . Your house was so clean and well laid out. I loved that you mentioned that the quilts and shams were washed each time . I always wonder about that and don’t typically use them. The couches were comfy and clean. You would not believe some of the rentals we have been in that there were stains all over the couches . It was so nice to have everything on one floor and still have plenty of room, as I am getting older houses with multiple floors like we stayed in last year are getting harder to manure all the steps. The kitchen was nice and offered plenty of counter space and all the extras you supplied kept us from having to goto the store right away and I understand the wait that Saturday was awful. My pup appreciated all the baggies and did her part to fill up as many as she could lol! The kitchen is well stocked as well. The only thing I could even suggest is maybe having a few more dinner plates. It wasn’t an issue for us we do paper plates at the beach for the most part but would help folks not to have to run the washer as much. I have been beach vacationing along the outer banks my entire adult life and your house has to be one of my top favorites . We definitely plan on renting from you guys again, hopefully next summer ! If you are a North Topsail Beach fan, this is the place to stay. House was well set up for us, accomodations were frankly a pleasant surprise. We had rain off and on all week, but the house was spacious and we had great views from the porch. We placed our dogs in crates whenever we left the property and the kitchen was large enough that they could look out the window and enjoy. Our hosts did a great job making us feel welcome, without doing it personally. Beds were so comfy, no trouble sleeping. And shower was ample for a 6"7" guest. Walk to beach was simple and view of waterway was soothing.BOOK THIS ONE FOR SURE.
