We stayed here over the 4th of July week, and the accommodations could not have been any better. We had 3 families with a total of 9 children vacationing together. We all had plenty of space to enjoy. The close access to the beach and the bridge make this a very desirable location.

We've been coming to Holden Beach for years and have stayed in many different homes on the island and not one has come close to comparing to having everything we need as Here and Now. From a kitchen filled with everything we could possibly need to cook family meals at breakfast and dinner to extra chairs and beach toys, to the perfect spaces for every family member and to enjoy lots of quality family time, it was just right for us. Because we've historically stayed on the ocean front, we were a little skeptical on being on the 2nd row but the private walkway to the beach made it super simple to hop over to the beach each morning no problem at all. In fact, we almost felt it was as close to the beach as some houses we've stayed in on the west end but at a fraction of the cost! The Sunday arrival was an added blessing as we thoroughly enjoyed our Saturday on the beach with almost noone on the beach but us! Thank you! We can't wait for our next trip and we'll for sure be staying at Here and Now again!

Spent a long weekend here with several close girlfriends. This beautiful home, located a block from beach access, was the perfect place to gather! This home offers tons of space to spread out, including multiple well-appointed rooms that will accommodate families with kids, couples, etc. The open concept kitchen and living area allowed for us all to be near and share conversation while, cooking, eating, or just hanging out. The front and the back of the home have huge covered deck areas for eating or sitting and reading. You can sea the ocean from the front deck! The location of this home is fantastic- set back a block off of the main road through the island, traffic is limited and it’s a bit more quiet. There are great restaurants located close and a quick trip back over the causeway offers everything you need- boutique shopping, more restaurants, and the absolute best ice cream I’ve ever had!!
This home has it all- ease of access to beautiful sandy beaches (only a block away) spacious living and sleeping areas, a beautiful kitchen/living area (with a built in nugget ice maker), and all of the comforts of your own home. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!
