If you're looking for the pleasure of beach living, breathtaking views of the North Carolina coast and the luxuries of North Topsail Beach, come stay in our FAMILY-FRIENDLY, PET-FRIENDLY home. Just completed in Dec, 2021 (you'll love that new house smell).
The house has a modern style and feel. You won't feel closed-in or like you're staying at Grandma's in an out of date, older house With pale colors on the walls. This house is designed to make you think, "if I had a house at the beach, I'd want it to look like this." The freshly painted walls, light floors, brushed nickel fixtures, and stylish furnishings are modern and clean.
You're far enough away to feel rested yet close enough to town for easy access. We have sought to equip our home to a high standard to anticipate your needs for a luxurious stay. We have made an effort to make the home a cozy and comfortable retreat. We hope you enjoy your piece of paradise that you will want to visit year after year.
With decks on three sides on both floors you'll never miss out on a spectacular view. Enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon naps, evening cocktails, and gatherings. These decks will meet all of your needs, from relaxing to entertaining!
A fenced in yard area (30 x 20) for the fur babies has been put in with a shaded area, and pooper scooper which will allow your pups to relax and take care of business without having to be on a leash.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook family dinners or make a quick lunch. Feel like grilling? A propane grill is provided on the lower back patio.
This single family home has plenty of space to stretch out in with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths.
The ocean view Master King Bedroom features a private bath and large deck. Two sound view bedrooms, one queen bedroom and one full bedroom, and a bunk room with twin over full bunk with trundle means the whole family can sleep comfortably while enjoying the warm air and ocean breezes.
3 full bathrooms are provided to accommodate large groups.
Just a 2-3 minute walk to the beach and you'll be soaking in the sun and sand.
We make sure there is toilet paper in each bathroom, and bags in the trash cans to start you off. We provide an amenity starter package with a roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, small bottles of dish soap, hand soap, lotion, etc., and coffee packet for one pot. We do not provide enough of these amenities for your entire stay.
• Maximum occupancy is ten (10) people, which includes children, toddlers and infants. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced.
• A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required for all reservations.
• This is a non-smoking house. Smoking is permitted on the decks. Tenants agree to do so responsibly.
• Pets (up to 3) are permitted but must be authorized. There is a $100 per pet fee. All dogs must be at least one year of age, be fully house broken, up to date on all shots and must have had flea treatment within 30 days of the guests check in date.
• Events are not permitted on the property.
• Parking is provided for up to five (5) vehicles. No additional parking is provided.

Should Tenant have to cancel for any reason, the Tenant must notify the Owner immediately in writing via email. Tenant acknowledges that cancellation by the Tenant does not relieve the Tenant from the specific terms of the Agreement. However, the Owner will make every effort to re-rent the Property for the specified period. If the Property is re-rented for the specified period, advanced rent payments will be refunded to the Tenant less a cancellation fee (up to 15% of the gross rental amount), less any discounts/expenses required to re-rent and less the Travel Insurance Premium
Failure to cancel in writing may result in charging the final payment to the Tenant's credit card.
If the Property is not re-rented, Tenant will not be entitled to reimbursement for any advance rent payment. The Owner will not be responsible for reimbursing for any fees that have already been paid out or are due a third party. The Tenant must seek reimbursement directly from the third party. The Tenant is responsible to verify that the cancellation notification has been received by the Owner.

Beautiful home
I just recently finished a stay with several friends. The house is beautiful and the location is a short walk away from a public beach access. I really enjoyed the location and I would consider staying here again.

Amazing new house that is pet friendly!
When we were looking for a place it was tough to find property that was newer that allowed pets. The owner let me stay even though there was still some fine tuning being done on the new house. We were the first guests to stay. This property was Fantastic! The property manager met us at the house with the keys and personally showed us around. The house has great ocean views and views of the sound from the decks on three sides. You can see, hear, feel and smell the ocean. The home has a huge yard that was great for the dogs. The yard wasn't fenced in yet, but the manager told me that was scheduled to be done within the next month. A convenient beach access was just a few houses down the street. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
