Fresh linens & bath towels are provided by a linen service. A required linen fee applies. Beds are not made prior to arrival. We do not provide beach towels.
We make sure there is toilet paper in each bathroom, and bags in the trash cans to start you off. We provide an amenity starter package with a roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, small bottles of dish soap, hand soap, lotion, etc., and coffee packet for one pot. We do not provide enough of these amenities for your entire stay.

• This is a non-smoking house. Smoking is permitted on the decks. Tenants agree to do so responsibly.

We stayed at Flamingo Villa for two weeks in October 2024. We had another property booked but hurricane damage from August 2024 would not have it repaired in time. The rental folks were awesome to deal with. I thought we would have to cancel our family vacation but two days later Bob, the administrator, found another property and had it held for us to look at. We did and just told him to go for it. He was able to book this out for us at the same price as the other rental even though it had updated features the first one did not have.
The pictures don’t do justice to the actual property. While totally accurate you don’t really get a feel for how large the top floor actually is. The decks on the front and back are very nice and that is where we spent a lot of time just viewing and relaxing.
The kitchen is very well equipped with pretty much everything you will need. A large dining room table sits eight adults comfortably and not cramped. The overflow can sit at the kitchen island. The TV in the living room is a Roku and has all the apps available on it if you want to log into your own accounts. I just plugged my own Firestick into port 1 and used it.
A nice feature is that you have hot water almost instantly at all the faucets. The utility closet on this floor has brooms, sweeper, and a damp map to keep up with the little messes that happen. All the trash cans are fitted with bags. There are a half dozen or so games in the cabinet under the TV. The top floor is all common living space and very well maintained.
The second and third floors are the sleeping areas. Both floors have very nice balconies on the ocean and sound side.
The ground floor is the big winner! The Tiki bar setup is perfect for those who get a little noisy as the evening progresses. Leave the little ones upstairs with a responsible adult and just have good fun here. The cornhole boards are packed up in the black canvas bags. There are beach chairs, sun umbrellas, cooler on wheels, and also four boogie boards. Also, a very nice grill. Just pull it out of the garage area to grill.
The best feature, in my opinion, is the elevator. Read and follow the posted instructions and you won’t have any issues.
There is parking for four full sized vehicles (we had two large vans, one truck, and a car) in front of this property. If you park a small vehicle in the garage you could gain one more space, and still be able to use the Tiki bar.
Last impressions. This property is very well kept and cleaned. Everything was as expected upon check in. The linen service had laid out all of the items on the proper beds. You just need to make them once you arrived.
